Vishal Gupta is a highly skilled software engineer with more than 6 years of experience in designing and building scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems. He has worked with major tech companies such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix, where he has honed his skills in cloud computing with Azure and AWS, distributed systems, and SQL and NoSQL data stores. Vishal is an expert in Java, C#, and C, with strong computer science fundamentals. He is currently working as a software engineer at Facebook, where he is building microservices running on Azure and AWS cloud. He has also worked on Kubernetes, serverless, clean code, TDD, and object-oriented design. Prior to his current role, Vishal worked as a senior member of technical staff and member of technical staff at VMware. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Vishal is passionate about building efficient and reliable systems that can scale to meet the demands of modern-day businesses.
