Vishal Johri is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the fields of E-commerce, International Business, and Agro Commodities. He is a management graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM Lucknow) and an engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IIT Kanpur). Vishal has worked at different managerial levels in the E-commerce space and has handled teams across geographies and multicultural environments. He has a strong track record of leading operations with complete P&L responsibility, risk and supply chain management, business strategy and planning, business development, and execution. Currently, Vishal is the Co-Founder of Choix, a start-up in the Grocery Domain in Jaipur, India. Prior to this, he played the role of a Trader and Profit Centre Head at Mewah Group, Singapore. He has also worked at Snapdeal, where he led the One Ship business involving First Mile pick-ups and processing at Snapdeal's warehouses across India. He also led reverse QC operations for Snapdeal pan India and handled reverse PUs for Vulcan, handling Snapdeal's 60% surface salience during 2015-16. Vishal was also responsible for Diwali planning with complete back-end analysis involving numbers for 2015 sales. Vishal's specialties include managing multicultural and multinational teams, supply chain management, risk management, and business strategy and planning. He is proficient in backend technologies and has a relevant experience of 15.96 years. Vishal's educational background includes a PGDM degree in Marketing and Strategy from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech degree in Aerospace Engineering from IIT Kanpur.
