Vishal Kondabathini is a highly experienced data manager with over 16 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, he works at Jabra as a Data Manager, Quality, where he is responsible for creating a data-driven mindset within the organization to support business decisions. He is also tasked with innovating and reinventing the ways of collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, as well as managing and overseeing quality KPIs on the data platform. Vishal is an expert in delivering quality KPIs reporting and insights to multiple stakeholders. He ensures that quality KPIs data is validated, curated, and reliable, and collaborates with key stakeholders to surface relevant insights to continuously create business value and impact. Additionally, he works closely with external partners and data sources to manage data integrity and stays updated with the latest technology and methods to strategically advance data and insights impact. Prior to his current role, Vishal worked at Jabra as a Software Quality Engineer, where he was responsible for product software quality management within Global Quality for Jabra products. He also worked at Sony as a Project Quality Manager, where he was responsible for project test activity planning, analyzing customer requirements, and deriving them into test suits and methodologies. Vishal holds a Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Gowtham Junior College, an APBSE degree in SSC, High School from Bharath Public School, and basic education from Carmel Convent High School. With his extensive experience in QA, testing, and web technologies, Vishal is a valuable asset to any organization looking to create business value from data and make business-critical decisions based on predictive problem analysis from data.
