Vishal Kumar Gupta is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 2 years of experience in developing large-scale web-based applications. Currently, Vishal is working as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Ola, where he is working on voice analytics-based driver authentication and increasing customer safety. Vishal has previously worked as an EDP - Software Development Engineer Intern at Ola, where he developed the complete end-to-end flow for vehicle audit management systems and real-time mechanisms for booking sound recognition. He also did POCs for major projects that went live. As a Software Development Engineer 1 at Ola, Vishal developed real-time severity assessors of multiple safety events and alerting mechanisms from scratch. He also increased custom safety from Media Analytics by integrating with multiple internal and external vendors for media recording and auto-adjudication mechanisms for different audit categories. He identified and fixed some of the major critical bugs on legacy projects. Vishal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. He has completed his Senior Secondary Education and Secondary Education from S.J D.A.V Public School.
