Vishal Kumar is an experienced QA Lead with over 10 years of experience in the field. He is a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in manual testing, including functional, integration, regression, GUI, ad-hoc testing, smoke testing, re-testing, installation testing, and sanity testing. He is also well-versed in agile methodology, functional testing, API testing, accessibility testing, regression testing, sanity testing, production RCA, bug reporting and tracking using JIRA, black box testing, SDLC & STLC, and test plan, scenario & cases. He has experience in testing web-based applications, mobile applications, and desktop applications. Currently, Vishal is working as a Lead Quality at BlacknGreen, where he is responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring the quality of the products. Prior to this, he has worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Glocal View and as a Senior Associate QA at Artech Information Systems. He has also worked with Publicis Sapient India Limited, where he was posted at the client site and worked in the Travel and Hospitality Domain. He was responsible for preparing and executing test cases, defect tracking and reporting via JIRA, and using testing methodologies such as UI, sanity, smoke, regression, and accessibility. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Diploma in Digital Electronics from Ambedkar Institute of Technology.
