Vishal Maurya is a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) at Paytm, where he works in an ecosystem with over 500 million users and on a product with over 200 million users. He has designed and developed systems at Paytm wallet that can handle peak transactions of up to 1000 per second. Vishal is skilled in SQL, Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate, Spring MVC, and JavaSE, and has worked on projects like HDFC Mutual Funds. He has experience in designing and developing Microservices, Distributed Systems, High Traffic (Read and Write), and High Load, Scalable systems. At Paytm, Vishal has worked on optimizing the QR service, reducing timeouts, and enhancing performance through JVM tuning.
