Vishal Mittal is a seasoned Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience in designing, analysis, development, and implementation of scalable applications. He is currently working as a Software Development Engineer 2 at Directi (Zeta) and has previously worked with Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, and Infosys. Vishal is a full-stack developer with a keen interest in data structures, algorithms, and optimization. He loves taking on challenges and being part of products that serve millions of requests. He is proficient in Java, Angular, Microservice Architecture, and Distributed Architecture. He has solid programming expertise and is knowledgeable about System Design. Off work, Vishal is an entrepreneur and is currently working on his own EdTech project to make technology accessible. He was involved in designing the Sony PlayStation eCommerce platform, which enables users across various countries to purchase PlayStation consoles, accessories, and games online. He worked on a Distributed System to improve the overall performance of the system, which was 40% faster than the previous system. Using analytics, the conversion rate increased by 30%, and more insights resulted in customer engagement.
