Vishal Sahani is an innovative professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in staffing, recruitment, training, campus placements, and administration within the corporate and education industry. He is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Campus Placements and Training at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management. Vishal is an exceptional leader with strong organizational, oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem resolution skills. He has a proven track record of successfully planning and organizing campus placement programs, maintaining close liaison with HR heads of industries, and placement heads of various colleges/universities for the placement of students. In his previous role as the Dean of Corporate Resource Center and Student Affairs at Dev Bhoomi Group of Institutions, Dehradun, Vishal was responsible for training and placements. He managed a team of seven and worked every day to achieve the aim of cracking companies and prospective companies for the placement of students. He recruited PDP trainers and regularly inspected their working standards.
