Vishal Sengar is a self-motivated and hardworking Software Engineer currently working at Paytm. He graduated from Delhi Technological University with a degree in Information Technology. Vishal is passionate about solving challenging tasks with modern technology and believes in the power of programming to transform and improve the lives of people around the world. At Paytm, Vishal's work revolves around the tech stack of Python, OpenCV, and Mediapipe. He is currently working on Hand Detection with Hand Gesture Control, where he created an Air Painting Canvas that enables painting on a virtual canvas by tracking finger movements. He also used Google's Mediapipe library to create a hand tracking module that detects 21 different landmarks on the hand, improving its accuracy. Vishal has further improvised the UX of the canvas. Prior to Paytm, Vishal worked as a Research Intern at Delhi Technological University, where he built an Air Canvas that captures the motion of a finger with a camera to draw anything on it. He used OpenCV's computer vision techniques and the Mediapipe library to implement color detection and tracking. Vishal's educational background includes a B.Tech in Information Technology from Delhi Technological University and schooling from The Air Force School (TAFS), Subroto Park. Vishal's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Javascript, OpenCV, Computer Vision, Python, Research Scientist, NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, and Android. With 1.36 years of relevant experience, Vishal is a skilled Software Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems and making a difference through technology.
