Vishal Tambe is a highly skilled backend developer with over 9 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently a Member of Technical Staff - Backend at PhonePe, where he is deeply involved in backend development and has worked on various challenges around scale in the UPI team. Prior to this, Vishal worked as a Database Developer at SAP, where he actively worked in feature development and stability of SAP HANA & SAP ASE. He has also worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, where he developed the Oracle Public Cloud Administration UI that was used by DevOps teams to resolve issues raised by Oracle Public Cloud customers. Vishal is a Masters of Technology graduate in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. He is highly skilled in data structure and algorithms with extensive experience in C/C++. He has a history of developing modules in large-scale multi-threaded performance-critical software. Vishal has worked in areas of memory and metadata management in RDBMS system internals, making him a highly sought-after backend developer. Vishal's tech stack includes Backend, Software Engineering, C, Python, UI, and DevOps. He is a dedicated developer who is passionate about developing a scalable and reliable system for UPI.
