Vishal Thakur is a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with over 4 years of experience in UI, functional and non-functional testing for web, mobile, and backend under agile and waterfall methodologies. Prior to his current role, Vishal worked as a Quality Analyst at innovationm where he was responsible for testing various products from an early stage, with API testing, database testing, UI, and functional testing for mobile (Android/iOS) and web. He collaborated with PCs, BAs, and developers simultaneously to keep the DEVELOPMENT/TESTING cycle as smooth as possible. He also identified potential bugs, performed RCA, and tracked them on defect tracking tools till deployment. He was involved in performance testing for some projects, generated performance scripts on Jmeter, and identified the product thresholds. Vishal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Green Hills Engineering College.
