Vishal Vinayak is a finance enthusiast with a passion for trading in equities, cryptocurrencies, and derivatives. He is a recent graduate from Delhi Technological University, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Vishal is currently pursuing an MBA in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and is expected to graduate in 2023. He is a National Finalist in the JSW Challenge 2021, where he created financial forecasts and strategies. Vishal has also cleared the CFA Level 1 and is currently a FRM Part I candidate. He holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certification from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI). Vishal has gained experience in the finance industry through his internships and job roles. He is currently a Summer Intern at Godrej Capital, where he is gaining valuable experience in the finance industry. Previously, he worked as a Junior Research Analyst at Aurum: The Investment Research Society, where he performed sector, industry, and company analysis of various potential investment alternatives in the Industrials space. He also worked as a Finance and Business Analyst at VSPL Energy Private Limited, where he prepared cash flow statements and financial projections to forecast growth rates and estimate costs to optimize and efficiently manage working capital. Apart from his finance skills, Vishal is proficient in various tech stacks such as Selenium, Web, SQL, UI, SDET, Java, MongoDB, and Android. He is a quick learner and always eager to learn new skills. Vishal believes in continuous learning and development, which is why he pursued the FMVA® certification and is currently pursuing the FRM Part I. Vishal is an excellent team player and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to analyze, forecast, and adjust financial statements to estimate key ratios. He is a great conversationalist and enjoys discussing a wide range of topics. Vishal is a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and is always looking for new challenges to push himself further.
