Vishal Yadav is a Co-Founder at Fyndster, a free and secure smart contact book with innovative features like no outdated contacts, unlimited cloud contact backup and restore, junk/duplicate contact removal, smart calling suggestions, local search, contact insights, and much more. With over 7 years of relevant experience in the field, Vishal is an expert in search, research science, UI, and software engineering. Vishal graduated from IIT Gandhinagar with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015. Prior to starting Fyndster, he worked as a Software Engineer at R Systems and as a Research Fellow at the Indian Space Research Organisation. His research focused on three-dimensional modeling and studying fracture-causing factors in Gallium-Arsenide focal plane array detectors under thermal shock, with the aim of reducing internal stresses in the array to minimize fracturing. Vishal is passionate about learning new skills, discussing ideas, and exploring innovative products. Despite his background in mechanical engineering, he loves coding, UI, and graphics designing. When he's not working on Fyndster, you can find him in the gym or watching reruns of The Office, Friends, The Big Bang Theory, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
