Vishesh Kalia is a highly experienced technology professional with over 18 years of experience in the financial services and management consulting industries. He has a proven track record of success in handling multiple products and services simultaneously in cross-functional areas, including operations management and technical support for maintenance of business-critical applications. With his exposure to working with brands like McKinsey & Co. and American Express in the past, Vishesh is now the AVP CloudOps at Cvent. He leads infrastructure and application strategic design and solution development while assuming the ownership of end-to-end delivery. Vishesh has driven various digital transformations, unleashing the power of data and compute and worked on many infrastructure modernization initiatives. Over the last few years, Vishesh has focused on microservices performance management, measuring and evolving customer journey while focusing on SRE framework to bring innovation in the traditional/conventional support strategies leveraging modern methodologies/framework like SRE, Chaos Engineering, Agile & AIOps support methodologies. In addition to his technical expertise, Vishesh is also responsible for managing large distributed, diverse global teams and has invested time in setting up the right team, looking for the right fitment for the team members with a focus on diversity and assume functional leadership roles for global teams.
