Vishesh Kaul is a technology executive with over 15 years of experience in driving business value realization through IT investments and global digital transformation initiatives. He has been instrumental in establishing successful e-business units for SEA and Africa markets. Vishesh is comfortable discussing the product roadmap with developers as well as setting up strategies with executives. He handles the complexities of setting up new distribution chains, solving problems around e-commerce adoption, and developing AI/ML lead product roadmaps for re-engineering business processes. Currently, Vishesh is the Global Tech & India Delivery Lead at Unilever Marketplace, where he spearheads the business strategy for Unilever B2B e-commerce model through a marketplace. He leads the marketplace product roadmap planning and solution design through an end-to-end MVP solution and has established a marketplace technology and operations organization for landing MVP for six markets in nine months. In the past, Vishesh has worked with Bank of Baroda as Manager IT, overseeing the IT operations for the Northern Zone across three regions and 422 business units. He centralized and automated the ATM cash reconciliation process for the region, resulting in a reduction of eight FTE effort per month. He has also worked with Dena Bank as Officer [Systems / IT], responsible for maintaining, delivering, and supporting IT capabilities across 194 business units. Vishesh holds a PGP in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from the University of Texas and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Mahatma Gandhi University. He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from SSGMCE. Vishesh's tech stack includes AI, ML, software engineering, UI, backend, iOS, integration, frontend, web, Python, and Android.
