Vishnu Vardhana Balu is an experienced and innovative CTO and Co-Founder of BeWell Digital, a HealthTech startup that has taken multiple turns since its inception. As a Co-founder, he has identified and worked on revenue-generating models for different SASS products and managed a team of talented engineers in a remote setup to materialize ideas on a daily basis. As the CTO, Vishnu has built various product lines like Hospital Management System, Pharmacy Management System, Radiology Management System, Tele-radiology Platform, etc., over the course of two years. He has hired and trained a team of engineers to enable product expansion and growth, onboarded and trained 150+ individuals including doctors, healthcare technicians, operations staff, etc. The built system has in turn served ~1.5 Lakh + patients in 100+ medical centers and institutions across India so far. Over the last year, the radiology platform has processed close to ~20 million DICOM images. He has also built integrations with 6+ widely accepted medical diagnostic viewers. Before co-founding BeWell Digital, Vishnu worked as a Senior Full Stack Architect with IPAoo, a no-code website builder platform. He built the platform from scratch, including UI, BE, and DevOps architecture. He also established and managed the sole proprietor firm - Coding Black Belt Inc., where he worked with multiple brands like IPAOO.io, Kovan Labs, CareView, Toolmart India Pvt. Ltd., Trbhi Inc., Ulzi, Pre-scouter, etc., to name a few. He worked with clients across multiple geographies like France, Australia, USA, and India, and the projects spread across various domains, including No Code Website builder, E-Commerce, Healthcare, Mobile Applications, Research collaboration platform for internal use, and more. Vishnu is a Y Combinator alumnus and has completed the YC W21 Founder's program that included rigorous learning on various entrepreneurial nuances and best practices. He holds an M.Sc degree in Software Engineering from PSG College of Technology. With 8.87 years of relevant experience, Vishnu is a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps, UI, Research Scientist, and Mobile expert.
