Vishnukumar R is a highly skilled and experienced Robot Application Engineer with over 3.87 years of experience in the automation industry. He holds a diploma in Mechatronics from Nettur Technical Training Foundation and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Vishnukumar is an expert in Robot Programming and has extensive knowledge of programming robots such as ABB, DURR, KUKA, FANUC, YASKAWA, and Kawasaki. He also has experience in Robot applications such as Paint/BIW and KUKA VKRC4 VASS standard programming. He is proficient in using software tools such as TIA Portal, Wincc, Studio 5000, and FTView12. Throughout his career, Vishnukumar has achieved several successes, including programming more than 300 robots and fine-tuning robot programs to achieve good quality results. He has also provided on-job training to operators to improve their skills and prepared PM check sheets for robots to control the process and application and avoid breakdowns. In addition, he has experience in PLC troubleshooting and I/O configuration of robots such as ABB, DURR, KUKA, FANUC, and MOTOMAN. Apart from his technical expertise, Vishnukumar is a sports enthusiast and loves playing cricket, silambam, and skateboarding. He is also passionate about learning and continuously acquiring knowledge.
