Vishu Garg is a highly skilled Product Manager with a passion for the intersection between technology, business, and data. Currently working at Stanza Living as a Product Manager, Vishu has shipped various growth products that have significantly improved the overall customer satisfaction (CSAT) from 75% to 89%, increased the Food NPS (FPS) from 73% to 90%, and improved the OTIF performance from ~65% to ~92%. He has also developed a food ordering and delivery platform for Stanza cloud kitchens and ground teams that deliver approximately 100K meals/day to 300 locations across India. Before his current role, Vishu worked as an Associate Product Manager and Data Analyst at Stanza Living. In his previous roles, he led the complete development of a complaint management tool that significantly decreased complaint resolution time and increased the overall CSAT from 75% to 89%. He also worked on various data, BI, and automation-related projects across teams and built a data analytics team of 15 while setting up a strong data foundation and processes necessary for business growth. Vishu completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology in 2017. He has relevant experience of 5.35 years and possesses a range of skills, including product management, SQL, Python, research scientist, integration, QA, and product design.
