Vishwajeet Singh is an experienced SDET-II with over 6 years of experience in developing various test automation frameworks from scratch for web-based, mobile, and backend platforms. He has a strong testing mindset and is skilled in Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, and TestNG. Vishwajeet is proficient in Java and SQL and has worked with tools such as Eclipse, IntelliJ, Maven, Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket, JIRA, Postman, HP-ALM, Putty, and Beyond Compare. He has experience working with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle and is well-versed in methodologies such as Agile (Scrum and Kanban), V-Model, and Waterfall. Vishwajeet has worked with various operating systems such as Mac, Windows, Android, and Linux and is familiar with tools such as Page Object Model (POM), Swagger, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and Excel Macros. Currently working as an SDET-II at SIXT Research & Development, India, Vishwajeet is leading a team of 3 QA Engineers and is responsible for enabling QA processes from scratch for his product. He has developed a framework for mobile applications (Android) that has been used across organizations and has automated 23 regression test cases in Appium using Java, Maven, TestNG, POM, Extent Report, etc. Vishwajeet has also developed automation test scripts in Rest Assured using Java for automating backend test cases. He has deployed the latest build to the test environment before test execution and has managed QA artifacts using Zephyr (JIRA plugin). Vishwajeet has been rewarded with an “Enabler” award for enabling testing activity and has been recognized twice for “Rockstar of the Month” award. He has also received a SIXT goody for driving cultural activities across organizations. Prior to SIXT, Vishwajeet has worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at JDA Software and as a Test Engineer at Scientific Games. He has an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT).
