Vishwajith A is an experienced professional with over 14 years of experience in the EdTech industry. He started his career as a software engineer at Infosys and later co-founded Foradian, an ed-tech company based out of Bangalore, where he wore multiple hats in Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and HR. Vishwajith is passionate about meeting people and connecting with them, which helped him onboard amazing clients and build a wonderful team at Foradian. After building Foradian for a decade, Vishwajith joined Deltecs to help build the inbound sales team and scale the partnerships business. He then joined Entri, India's largest vernacular language learning app for job skills, as Head of Operations. Currently, he is leading the company to scale the business to more languages and regions and create multiple revenue streams. Vishwajith has a diverse skill set and has experience in various domains, including machine learning and software engineering. He holds a PGP in Machine Learning from GLIM and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Kannur University. Vishwajith's expertise lies in building partnerships and alliances, establishing strategies for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets, and spearheading field sales teams. He has played a pivotal role in growing companies by 200% YoY and building customer support and implementation teams from scratch. Vishwajith is also an HR Director and has provided leadership and management of the full range of HR functions. Apart from work, Vishwajith loves playing cricket and reading books. He is a fitness enthusiast and practices martial arts. He also volunteers for CRY, an organization that works towards the welfare of underprivileged children.
