Vishwanath Mayya is a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with over 11 years of experience in end-to-end Mainframe technology. He has handled several maintenance, development, testing, and legacy Mainframe Modernization projects. Vishwanath is a hands-on problem solver with a high rate of achievement and an appetite for new challenges. He possesses good people management skills and motivation abilities. He has led multiple business changes and optimization projects involving cost efficiency through resources Optimization, processes Optimization, and Risk Management. Vishwanath has worked on handling large volume data, algorithms and data structures, and Cloud. He is an avid reader, learner, and people-centric person. He is passionate about connecting people because he deeply believes that is what we are all here for - human connection. Currently, Vishwanath is working as a Project Manager at ITC. Previously, he has worked as a Sr. Mainframe Consultant at Daimler Trucks North America and as a Technical Team Lead at TJ Max. At Daimler Trucks North America, he was responsible for managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and development, implementation, and testing of complete business solutions using Mainframe - COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS & Web/ETL technologies. He has also worked on SQL query optimization and performance tuning. At TJ Max, he was responsible for running status meetings, conceptual understanding of the business requirement document, development, implementation, and testing of the complete business solution, and mentoring a team of 5 people. Vishwanath has a Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from IIIT Bangalore and a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. His tech stack includes AWS, test, SQL, ETL, and Web.
