Vishwanath Ramdas is a highly experienced and accomplished professional in the field of data science, automation, and IoT. As the Co-Founder of Sumyag Data Sciences, Vishwanath is responsible for driving the company's vision and strategy, with a focus on bringing code and scale for enterprise data insights and IoT applications. Over the past 2 years, he has successfully built a document science framework with applications in insurance, banking, and healthcare. Prior to Sumyag, Vishwanath co-founded Unmithy InnoServices, where he played a key role in developing innovative solutions for clients in the data management and analytics space. He also served as the Director of Big Data, Digital - AppDev, Analytics, Innovation at AIG, where he co-led the India organization of 350+ resources in data management and analytics. In this role, he was responsible for providing seamless innovation for the business at the right cost and speed. He donned multiple hats, including workforce management, innovation, digital, and digital data tech, and built capabilities around SAS, R, Web, Hadoop ecosystem like Storm, Kafka, Spark. He worked on personal insurance, commercial, and marine products, focusing on insurance processes in commercial and consumer covering customer management and pricing. Vishwanath holds a PGDM degree in Management and Operations - Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a BE degree in Mechanical Engineering from UVCE - Bangalore University. He has a wealth of experience in the tech stack, including data science, big data, Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, and web development, among others. With over 23 years of relevant experience, Vishwanath is a proven leader and an expert in his field.
