Vishwanath Venkatesh Shet is an experienced Quality Engineering professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. He has a strong background in Software Quality Assurance and has worked extensively on the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, test planning, test strategy, test methodologies, test execution, and test automation. Vishwanath has a proven track record of leading and mentoring efficient and competent teams of 10+ SDETs/QAEs, integrated into all aspects of the software lifecycle, resulting in significant improvement in quality of software deliverables. He has also developed unified automation frameworks which support Backend services, Web applications, Android and iOS applications, and software utilities for both QA and Dev teams. Vishwanath has hands-on experience in mobile applications in Android, iOS & Fire OS platforms, mobile device testing, IoT platform & vehicle telematics. He has also set up automation frameworks from scratch and developed automated tests for mobile, web applications, and various backend services. He is well-versed in various tools, libraries, SDKs used in quality assurance, test automation, and performance engineering. Currently, Vishwanath is an Engineering Manager - QA & SDET at fynd. Prior to this, he worked as a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test at Ola and as a Lead QA Engineer at Tangerine Innovation. Vishwanath holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Technology from PES. He is a Senior Software Engineer with relevant experience of 12.20 years.
