Vishy Kuruganti is a seasoned product management professional with over 29 years of experience in the technology domain. Currently, he is the Head of Product at Rapido, where he leads the product management function. Prior to this, he was at GoJek, where he led product and business teams for loyalty, third-party partnerships, CRM, and a range of monetization and growth platforms. He also led the OpsPlatform group, responsible for a suite of platform products that power GoJek's driver, merchant, and customer operations. Before GoJek, Vishy was at Yatra.com, where he had overall responsibility for ground transportation, rail, and bus products. He built out the ground transportation vertical through partner APIs and integrated it with Yatra's loyalty program. He joined Yatra through the acquisition of his startup, which was a pioneer in creating the "Uber for auto-rickshaws" category. Vishy's experience in the technology domain spans both large firms, such as Adobe, Yahoo, and Navteq, and startups, such as Graspr and Online Anywhere. At Adobe, he led the Flash Platform engineering team in Bangalore and held global P&L responsibility for Adobe's Shockwave and Director businesses. During his 8-year stint with Yahoo, he held several PM and technology leadership roles, notably within the Mobile and Data Science/Analytics groups. Vishy has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from BIT. He also attended Timpany School in Vizag and St. Xavier's School. Vishy's tech stack includes product management, data science, and mobile. He has a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams and delivering successful products.
