Viswanath Tolety is an accomplished engineering leader with over 22 years of experience building world-class teams and products. He has a proven track record of driving operational excellence and has successfully navigated multiple product life cycles. Viswanath is a hands-on leader who enjoys participating in design and architecture discussions, code walk-throughs, and critical production issue debugging. He believes that strong teams build strong products and has built teams around a culture of engineering and operational excellence across multiple organizations. In his current role as Engineering Lead at Locus, Viswanath is responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge products that solve complex business problems. Prior to joining Locus, he served as Sr. Director of Engineering at Zinier, where he led the development of an enterprise PaaS platform and provided thought leadership in engineering. Viswanath's experience also includes serving as Engineering Director at Zinier, where he built teams and developed products for startup companies. He has a deep understanding of the importance of aligning organizational goals and regularly interacts with peers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Viswanath is a lifelong learner and believes in continuous feedback and improvement. He holds a degree from VT Convent, Rajahmundry, and is passionate about sharing his expertise with others.
