Viswanatham Veluri is an accomplished Engineering Manager and Lead Programmer with extensive experience in developing web-based applications and backend systems using Java technologies. With over 15 years of relevant experience, he has developed numerous projects in various languages and is an expert in developing project plans capacity and ability while proactively managing project resources and schedules, utilizing SCRUM project management methodologies. Viswanatham has assessed business processes from sales, project management, and engineering to translation and localization initiatives. He has performed functional, project management and software engineering for client applications and implementations. He has also worked with project management to help define and manage implementation and development projects. At his current position as a Consultant at Intuit, Viswanatham coordinates full cycle product development activities with executive management, product management, quality assurance, support, and operations teams. He has facilitated formal and informal knowledge transfer activities and team collaboration between product development team and cross-functional teams. He has also developed a standard quality metric reporting and tracking system that was utilized by 5 different product development teams. Viswanatham has supervised and mentored a team of employees, overseeing career development, performance management, pay determination, and team communications. Prior to his current role, Viswanatham worked as an Engineering Manager at Altimetrik, where he provided support to Intuit for 6.5 years. He was also a Consultant at Visa, where he was involved in working with various partner integrations to the payment system and developing custom solutions for reconcile report handling of PSP. Viswanatham holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Osmania University. He is proficient in Senior Software Engineering, QA, Java, Backend, and Web development.
