Viswonathan Manoranjan is an aspiring Computer Science Engineer with a passion for exploring the depths and practicality of Machine Learning and Computer Vision. He is currently a junior at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, where he continues to expand his knowledge and skills in the field. With a hunger for learning and an appetite for opportunities, Viswonathan is always looking to push himself beyond his limits and expose himself to new situations. Viswonathan has gained valuable experience in the field of research and development through his past internships. As a Research and Content Development Intern at Madras Scientific Research Foundation, he devised deep learning models after thorough interpretation of research papers and machine learning concepts. He also analyzed the findings and authored online articles based on the concerned topic. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at New York University, Viswonathan placed 1st in the 2021 Understanding Social Behavior in Dyadic and Small Group Interactions Challenge at ICCV (International Conference on Computer Vision), in a collaboration with King's College, London. He also worked on using efficient Neural Architecture Search to find and train the best personalized CNN models for each OCEAN personality value by extracting audio-visual and textual features and achieved a winning MSE of 0.769. Currently, Viswonathan is the Head of Autonomous Subsystems at Ever NITT, where he is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of autonomous systems. He possesses a diverse range of technical skills, including Research Scientist, Computer Vision, CNN, ML, Search, and Deep Learning. Viswonathan's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli, which he is expected to complete in 2023. He also holds a High School degree in Computer Science from Bright Riders School, Abu Dhabi, and a Middle School degree from GEMS Education. With 0.43 years of relevant experience, Viswonathan is a highly motivated and driven individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow. He is an excellent team player and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, making him a valuable asset to any organization.
