Vitor Oliveira is a passionate technologist with over 11 years of experience in software engineering and architecture. He is a startup founder and a hands-on software engineer specializing in backend, frontend, hybrid, and mobile development. Vitor is also a tech leadership expert with over 6 years of experience in building and leading software engineering teams. Currently serving as the Fractional CTO at Leadsales, Vitor is responsible for managing and assigning leads with multiple salespeople on the company's WhatsApp. Prior to this, he founded Napice, a platform that provides live learning for tech career growth. Vitor also served as the Vice President of Engineering at Paywith Worldwide, where he led software development, personnel management, program management, and technical leadership.
