Vitthal Sangale is a Senior PLM Consultant at Capgemini with over 10 years of experience implementing Teamcenter PLM in various industries, including Automotive, Oil & Gas, and aerospace manufacturing companies and their integrated suppliers. He specializes in Teamcenter implementation, configuration, and customization, leading the PLM End-to-End implementation with respect to technical configuration, customization, and integration between Teamcenter to NX and Teamcenter to SAP integration (T4S4). Vitthal has technical expertise in server-side customization, data model extension (BMIDE), and defining and designing workflow processes. He manages the entire PLM implementation process, from gathering requirements to redefining business processes. He also works with the Pre-Sales team to contribute to business proposals on Teamcenter technical requirements as and when required. Before joining Capgemini, Vitthal worked at Tata as a Sr. Solution Developer (PLM) and Solution Developer, where he customized many modules for various departments of Tata Motors, including Indoor Testing, Outdoor Testing, MCTD, CTR, Test plan, Test request under the test data management concept. He also worked on Teamcenter to SAP integration using Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI). Vitthal holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's College of Engineering and a Diploma in Information Technology from K.K Wagh Polytechnic.
