Vivek Dubey is a certified Salesforce Vlocity consultant and developer with over 15 years of experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) journey. He has worked in various roles such as software developer, technical lead, business analyst, scrum master, CRM/billing solution consultant, and project manager. With 12 years of experience in the telecom domain, Vivek has a deep understanding of OSS/BSS, B2B, B2C, and mass market. Vivek has technical hands-on experience with Clarify to develop CRM front end and C++, JAVA to develop Tuxedo APIs. He has consulting experience with Salesforce Vlocity to deliver L2O, O2A, and EPC requirements. Vivek has worked with customers such as Telefonica and Digi Malaysia on digital transformation projects using Salesforce Vlocity.
