Vivek Kumar Singh is an experienced Lead Business Analyst with a diverse range of experiences in collating requirements for projects from inception to delivery in varied domains. He is currently working at Sigma Infosolutions as a Lead Business Analyst, where he is working concurrently in different capacities such as Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Project Lead, and Project Manager on different projects for the organization. Vivek has extensive experience in requirements elicitation, definition, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, team coordination, design and implementation discussion and review, and working with IT and Ops to resolve issues. He has hands-on experience in solving business problems, evaluating implementation, SQL, data analysis, and code review for backend business rules. He is also proficient in PMO functions like Quality Management, Release Management, Process Governance and Implementation, Change Management, etc. Vivek has sound knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, JAD, Agile) methodology and hands-on experience of Project Management tools such as JIRA, TFS, Box, BaseCamp, etc. He is excellent at MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio, MS Word, UxPin, Pencil, Balsamiq, StarUML, Lucid Charts. He has acted as a liaison between clients and the company and has exposure to managing internal and external stakeholders, managing change requests, maintaining timesheet, managing and coordinating UX design, Testing and Development team. Vivek has also analyzed and interpreted requirements for Forex, ETF, Stocks Trading Software, helped the development team in understanding the requirements and business logic, analyzed the trading strategies, validated alerts triggered by the application, and provided status updates of the deliverables. Vivek has a relevant experience of 14.11 years and has worked with companies like Usha International and Advansys Limited in the past. He has an MBA in IT & Marketing from IBS Kolkata and a B.E. in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He also holds an SSLC degree from Mount Assisi School.
