In addition, he has also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at LogMeIn, where he developed and implemented a novel architecture that leverages Deep Learning models to predict cloud infrastructure failure and autonomously generates Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for the support team. Vivek's educational background is equally impressive. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, which he is expected to complete in December 2021. He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university, which he obtained in 2018.
