Vivek Badrinarayan is a highly skilled Software Engineer with over 9 years of relevant experience in the field. His expertise lies in Blockchain, Cloud, and Serverless technologies, and he is currently working as a Software Engineer (Blockchain) at tracelink. At tracelink, Vivek is responsible for building a cloud-based platform that offers simple, high-level APIs for client applications to interact with the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain. He is also involved in strategizing and building enterprise blockchain solutions to track and trace products in the drug supply-chain industry using Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric blockchain frameworks. Vivek's past experience includes working as a Part-time Lecturer at Northeastern University, where he taught the "Smart contracts Application Engineering and Development" course. He also worked as a Blockchain Developer at Designing Systems, where he developed viable blockchain solutions for real-world problems. At Designing Systems, he built a POC for physicians and medical staff to maintain digital certificates and licenses (digital wallet) on blockchain, wrote secure and resilient smart contracts in Solidity, integrated Web3JS and deployed smart contracts on Ethereum blockchain, and built front-end using Angular 5 and Bootstrap 4 framework. Vivek holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Science & Engineering from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in Blockchain, Software Engineering, Ethereum, Smart Contract, Decentralized, Solidity, test, Javascript, Mobile, Frontend, and AngularJS. Vivek has co-authored a U.S. patent on securely storing and retrieving sensitive information from the blockchain using on-block and off-block techniques.
