Vivek Bansal is a passionate Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the industry. At Media.net, an advertising-based company, he was involved with the Mnet Ad-exchange team, which helped match the most suitable ads for a given set of website-related variables. At Grab, a super app-based company running in South East Asia, Vivek helped develop cash-out/cash-in related projects, which helped end consumers top-up their GrabPay wallet and also provide a reliable way of cashing out to their bank accounts. Currently, Vivek is a Software Engineer II at Uber, where he is part of the Uber Places team, which helps deliver a refined Uber places dataset used by consumers in the search bar when they use the Uber app. Vivek is a hustler by mindset, and he enjoys building products. He has a dream of being a better human constantly who hustles, inspires, and gets inspired. He is always ready to fail as much as possible. Vivek's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Backend, AWS, dotNET, Kafka, Search, MySQL, NoSQL, NodeJS, Python, Golang, and Java. He has relevant experience of 6.04 years.
