Vivek Bhardwaj is an Engineer at Google with a passion for creating impact and solving challenging problems. With 1.86 years of relevant experience, he is currently working towards strengthening trust in the Android Google Search app and taking care of privacy concerns. Vivek has worked with iconic organizations such as Flipkart and CodeNation, where he has tackled a wide range of tech challenges, including traditional databases and 3D space. He is a self-proclaimed tech junkie who loves everything about computers, particularly the internet. Vivek is also a digital-content addict who consumes everything from Netflix to Discovery, and he has a love for music in all languages, including his favorite in Sinhalese. In addition to his work at Google, Vivek is currently a Software Engineer Intern at Trilogy Innovations, where he has developed a plugin for ScaleArc, a database load balancer, to improve MySQL's full-text search performance. He has also designed an AWS pipeline for the solution involving eight cloud services with seamless integration. Vivek has implemented a one-click deployable MySQL to Elasticsearch replication server with full load and real-time synchronization and integrated a form subsection to ScaleArc's UI that allows customers to use the plugin. Vivek has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, where he graduated in 2022. He also has an AISSCE degree in Physical Sciences from Renaissance School. Vivek's tech stack includes software engineering, MySQL, search, AWS, Android, integration, and UI. Vivek is a nerdy stuff enthusiast who loves data structures and algorithms, particularly the ones that are almost never used in his job, like segment trees, spanning trees, and tries. He has won a lot of money from a few DSA competitions, including a sum of USD 2.5K by winning Lowe's India Codeathon.
