Vivek Galatage is a highly experienced Senior Principal Architect with over 17 years of hands-on experience in Informational Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), Computer Vision – AI/ML, Web Technology, and Cloud Platform. Currently, he is working as an Engineer at The Browser Company, where he is responsible for various tasks related to web technology, AI, and ML. Throughout his career, Vivek has worked on several projects related to 360-degree Surround View Monitoring using Fish eye cameras, Sensor fusion for steering wheel guidance, Lane detection, Object detection, Moving object detection on fisheye image, Perception modelling for low-speed manoeuvres using camera & ultrasonic, Automated Parking Assistance, and much more. Vivek has also worked as a Reviewer/Owner for V8 bindings on the Chromium open-source project and as a Committer for the WebKit project. He has 4 patents pending and 2 IEEE publications to his credit. Vivek is a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) graduate from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli, Maharashtra, with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He has a strong technical background in Object detection, Senior Software Engineer, AI, Web, Computer Vision, ML, SVM, and Mobile. With 19.29 years of relevant experience, Vivek is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who is passionate about his work.
