Vivek Garg is an accomplished Software Development Manager with over 15 years of experience in end-to-end Software Development, Technical Architecture, and Technology Roadmap Creation. He is a Technologist and AI & ML Learner with a proven track record of delivering consistent business results through adept leadership and application of sound management practices. Currently, Vivek is leading software development teams as a "Sr. Engineering Manager" at Tesco, where he is building microservice-based, docker containerized, scalable medical imaging software solutions for cloud and on-prem deployment. These solutions have the ability to on-the-fly integrate with machine learning AI-based image processing models for clinical decision support. Vivek is technically strong with rich experience in scalable distributed system design, architecture, and programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java. Prior to his current role, Vivek worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at ConcertAI, where he built a new team from scratch to set up the India Development Center for TeraRecon Inc. He also led new product development, ‘EurekaAI’, based on microservice architecture, docker containerized, k8s orchestrated, highly scalable with low latency medical imaging Clinical Decision Support (CDS) Software as a Service solution (SaaS) and integrated it with machine learning, AI-based image processing models. Vivek has also worked as a Software Engineering Manager at General Electric, where he demonstrated technical, functional, and operational leadership skills. He was responsible for building project plans, risk management, stakeholder management, execution, budgeting, monitoring, resource balance, and project metrics.
