Vivek Goel is a seasoned leader with over 19 years of experience in IT companies of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to large organizations in India and the USA. He is currently the Vice President (Marketing and Evangelism) at Quixy, a B2B SaaS company that enables enterprises to build applications faster and innovate smarter with no-code. Vivek's expertise lies in strategy and operations across functions, including Marketing and Business Development, HR, Process and Quality, Project Management, and Product Development. He is competent in operational excellence, change management, organization performance management, strategic planning, budgeting and execution, customer and staff relations, people management, process improvement, and influencing organization behavior. At Quixy, Vivek leads, develops, and manages the Presales team, the single channel for all global bids. He also heads the Solutions team for Healthcare, Transportation, Utilities, and Education verticals. He coordinates with the Sales Team, Bid Managers, and the Technical team to put together winning proposals for the organization, from pre-qualification to successful bid submission. Vivek works aggressively to establish Quixy's footprint in the South African market and has booked revenue of ~6 M USD with a pipeline of ~10 M USD. He also won the bid for the prestigious TNPA project that involves implementing an Enterprise Port Management System across all 8 ports of TNPA in South Africa. In the past, Vivek has worked as the Vice President at Navayuga, where he designed and implemented business strategies, plans, and procedures. He established overall business strategy for the company and booked revenue of ~20 M USD with a pipeline of ~50 M USD. He also led the CMMI L5 Certification in 2015 and 2018 and obtained ISO 20000-1 and 27001 Certifications. At Mila, Vivek was the Head of Operations and Product Development, where he established the Mila development center in India, established repeatable processes for all departments, and led the development of alpha and beta releases for the product.
