Vivek Goyal is a seasoned business leader with over 15 years of experience in the technology industry. He is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at iGola.com, a flight meta-search engine based in Guangzhou, China. In his current role, Vivek is responsible for co-building the platform with a new age VI distribution capabilities built on unique China content (Travelsky) and the newest capabilities in Path finding algorithms. He has successfully pivoted the overall business from B2C to B2B, achieving a GMV impact of 3X in just two months (Nov 2019 to Jan 2020) by leveraging new opportunities. Prior to joining iGola.com, Vivek served as the Vice President for the APAC region at Mystifly, where he managed the entire P&L for Mystifly's B2B consolidation business. He was responsible for strategizing and executing supply strength, new client acquisition, and existing business growth. He managed over 1500 global business clients, including key OTAs and TMCs & large wholesale players. In an earlier role, he managed to grow the overall portfolio 4x ~ 343% growth in less than nine months, measured in terms of volumes. Vivek has also worked as the Senior Director of HR and New Product Line Expansion (NPSL) at Treebo, a series-C funded budget hotels startup in India. In this role, he oversaw three projects in parallel, including HR, new property launch, and finance. He sped up hiring and reduced the gap on hiring B2B sales and Tech, offering 8x the number of candidates in tech and 4x in Sales. He also led the AR process improvement & transformation exercise to improve DSO by 25% within a 1.5 months period. Vivek holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from da-iict.
