He is also a Leadership Circle Practitioner & ICAgile Authorized Instructor, and facilitates a range of workshops, including ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), ICAgile Certified Professional in Coaching Agile Transitions (ICP-CAT), and ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Testing (ICP-TST). Vivek's current role is as People Success Officer at Leanpitch, where he spends most of his time helping people succeed using Leanpitch services. He has also worked as Customer Success Officer and Director - Tools Consulting at the same company. Vivek has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Madurai Kamaraj University and is also a Certified Cognitive Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Team Leader, Player, and Facilitator.
