Prior to his current role, Vivek has worked with Nippon Data Systems Ltd. as a Senior HR Executive and with Progressive Infotech as a People Excellence Specialist. He has gained valuable experience in managing the entire recruitment cycle, handling employee grievances, and implementing employee engagement programs. Vivek completed his PGDM in HR and Marketing from G.L. Bajaj Institute of Management & Research in 2013 and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource from L.N. Mishra College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur, Bihar in 2010. He also completed his 12th from D.A.V. Public School, B.S.E.B. Patna in 2007, with a focus on commerce.
