Vivek Kumar is a Lead Data PM at Simpl, with extensive experience in Analytics, Product, and Strategy. He is a growth-oriented professional who loves building things from scratch and has done 0 to 1 multiple times. He is skilled in optimizing B2C Consumer Internet Products and has experience in building startups in various capacities where he worked directly with Founders. Currently, Vivek is the Head of Analytics at a stealth startup where he is enabling Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Products, and Games Analytics teams. In his previous role as Product Manager at the same startup, he set up cross-functional analytics and assisted Strategy, Product, Growth, and all other verticals in taking proactive data-driven decisions. He joined the startup at an early stage and set up Platform, Growth & Internal Product. He owned Internal Products for a year and Platform/Growth product for 6 months. Before joining the stealth startup, Vivek was the AVP Product & Analytics at Trell, an early-stage startup backed by Sequoia, Fozun RZ capital. He played a pivotal role in building Eng & Product Team and helped raise $4M Pre-Series A funding. He was responsible for Product & Growth, Strategy & Analytics. Vivek holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi, which he completed in 2018. He also has a B.Tech. degree in Mathematics & Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, which he completed in 2014. Vivek's relevant experience in Product Management spans over 6.78 years. He is a skilled Product Manager with a strong focus on Analytics and Strategy, and his expertise lies in building startups from scratch and taking them to the growth stage.
