Vivek Pachuvetil is a seasoned product manager with a focus on AI/ML products in the digital products domain. He is currently working as a Senior Product Manager at Rapido, where he is responsible for customer retention using multiple levers such as discounting strategy, communication strategy, and data-driven decision making using analytics to build products that help to achieve the main goal of Rapido customer retention. He also works on improving user experience for retention targets (app). Before joining Rapido, Vivek worked as a Senior Product Manager at Ola, where he worked on digital products for electric mobility and AI/ML-based products such as vehicle analytics, predictive maintenance, and improving user experience (web, mWeb, and app). He also worked as a Project Manager at Bosch, where he was responsible for product/program management, SDLC, agile framework, test strategy, AI/ML, and automation. Vivek is a graduate from IIM B in Executive General Management Program with a degree in Business Administration and Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from CMR Institute of Technology. He has a total of 8.95 years of relevant experience in the industry. Vivek's tech stack includes product management, ML, AI, web, and test.
