Vivek Pandit is a highly skilled Machine Learning Expert and Quantum Computing Enthusiast with over 13 years of relevant experience in the field of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Python. He has a proven track record of building innovative solutions using Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. Currently, he is providing thought leadership to IBM partner eco-system by building solutions, consulting, and enablement sessions. Apart from his expertise in machine learning, Vivek also has exposure to ML ops, including model deployment, management, and bringing transparency to AI models. He has worked on building scalable rest services on top of ML models, building UI using HTML and Angular on top of the models to make the models consumable by the end-user. Along with this, he has also worked in the area of big data engineering in Hadoop. Vivek is currently working as a Senior Data Scientist at IBM, where he is responsible for identifying solutions where AI can be infused and taking them from conception to implementation. He is also responsible for identifying data for doing AI, gathering and cleaning data, deployment and DevOps for solutions developed, research and development, and collaborating and working closely with cross-functional business partners. Prior to IBM, Vivek has worked with Wipro and Datametica, where he has built many key machine learning and deep learning services with reusability and scalability in mind. He has also worked on analytics projects using machine learning and deep learning methods using Hadoop and many other Big Data tools. Vivek holds a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Analytics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology. He has also completed his HSC in Science from Model Academy.
