Vivek Pradhan is a highly focused and ambitious Technical Program Manager with almost a decade of experience in the software industry. He has successfully managed and delivered multiple projects across the globe to improve customer experience at Amazon. As a result, he has become an effective and efficient contributor to the programs and projects that he owns and drives. Currently, Vivek works as a Technical Program Manager at Amazon, where he owns, drives, experiments, and internationalizes automated email and push programs that drive engagement with Amazon's customers worldwide. He is also responsible for managing changes to customer communications that influence customer experience with Amazon's outbound communication. Additionally, he has managed and delivered platforms and systems for customer engagement worldwide and drove, planned, and delivered international expansion plans for Amazon in newer countries. Before joining Amazon, Vivek worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company, where he was responsible for the quality of outbound communication via email and push platforms from Amazon. He also verified and validated multiple platforms and systems at scale. Prior to that, he worked at Cognizant as an Associate- Projects, where he led the QA team to ensure the product was built right. He also designed, developed, and built a fully automated test suite to have continuous integration tests in the pipeline to ensure no change goes out untested. Vivek holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Amrita Institute of Technology Science. He is proficient in various tech stacks, including QA, CI/CD, test, and integration, and has relevant experience of 11.29 years. Vivek is continuously looking to improve his technical and management skills to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results.
