Vivek Raj is a highly motivated IT professional with over 4 years of experience in the e-Commerce/Payment & Telecom domain. He specializes in managing advanced multi-platform IT infrastructure, which includes systems engineering, infrastructure automation, and DevOps. He is proficient in automating infrastructure with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, and has extensive experience in building scalable infrastructure, build and deployment automation with Concourse, Go CI/CD setup using Jenkins, GIT, and Ansible tools. Vivek is also skilled in monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana, backup/restore, and disaster recovery management. Vivek has a good hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform. He has also managed web servers like Apache and Nginx and has experience in log management and visualization using ELK (ElasticSearch, Logstash, and Kibana) stack with Kafka and Grafana. Prior to Airtel, Vivek worked at PayU as a Site Reliability Engineer and NOC Engineer, where he created UI for DevOps and NOC, migrated all monitoring components to Prometheus, identified and resolved performance bottlenecks, and configured Prometheus monitoring tool with Grafana. He also worked on various AWS and cloud services such as EC2, S3, Route53, Cloud Watch, IAM, ECS, and EKS, and wrote shell scripts to automate tests for the production environment's infrastructure.
