Vivek Rajasekaran is a seasoned product manager with over 13 years of experience in building innovative products that have helped move fighter planes, money, and fresh produce. Currently, he is a Senior Product Manager at Ola, where he is leading the used cars retail product - Ola Cars. Within 9 months of launch, he delivered a roadmap taking the new business to the top 3 in the industry. He has a proven track record of aligning product initiatives with cross-functional leadership across revenue, marketing, customer experience, business finance, and operations ensuring adoption and business impact. Prior to Ola, Vivek was the Head of Product Management at Intello Labs, an agri-tech startup where he created and led product and design teams from scratch. He launched multiple 0 to 1 products for automating quality inspection and improvement of fresh produce. He set up systems for computer vision workflow enabling rapid rollout of solutions for multiple commodities. He also led data analytics projects for a hedge fund client to identify new investment products for investors and come up with auto-triggered suggestions to adjust investments based on fund and market return patterns. Before Intello Labs, Vivek was a Director at Indus Valley Partners, where he owned enterprise MDM and cloud-based PMS solutions for the Alternative Investments industry. He was responsible for the management and successful delivery of the full product life-cycle from vision, strategy design, development, releases, and support. He mentored and managed distributed teams of Business Analysts, Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Testers. Vivek holds an MBA from IIM and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University. He is skilled in product management, computer vision, AI, recommendation systems, testing, infrastructure, and mobile technologies.
