Vivek Rathi is a highly skilled Software Engineer currently working at Google. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) and has been in the industry for 2.20 years. Prior to his current position, Vivek worked as an SDE Intern at Flipkart where he was part of the City Logistics team. During his time there, he worked on the geocoding algorithm and learned various approaches to solve geocoding problems. He successfully created a new geocoding algorithm for Flipkart that predicted the latitude-longitude of customer delivery addresses with an accuracy of 200 meters. This new algorithm was able to compete with one of the existing algorithms of Flipkart and search for the appropriate latitude-longitude from millions of address points in the database. He used Python and Apache Solr technologies to achieve this feat. Vivek's technical skills are not limited to Python and Apache Solr. He is also proficient in various other areas of software engineering. His TechStack includes Software Engineering, Python, and other relevant areas of expertise. Vivek's academic journey started with his 10th class education at St. Paul School in Indore, where he studied under the CBSE curriculum. He then moved on to Shri Krishna Public School, where he completed his 12th class education in PCM. He cleared the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE-2017) with an All India Rank of 2939 in JEE Main and 4724 in JEE Advanced. He went on to pursue his Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MNNIT, which he completed in 2021.
