Vivek Shah is a Senior Test Engineer at Stoneridge with over 9 years of experience in Automotive Electronics. He specializes in Automation and Testing in Manufacturing and Validation environments, system design, OEM engineering, program management, supplier engineering, and quality. Currently, he is working as a Senior Test Development Engineer at Stoneridge where he designs and develops automated Test systems for Control Devices and manages the Validation lab with Testing for multiple customers including GM, Ford, and FCA. At Harman, he created bench setup to flash latest software for warranty return radios, worked with 3rd party service providers for setting up fully automated test equipment to test warranty return radios and amplifiers, and served as quality technical lead for initial technical discussions for warranty-related failures. He also participated in 8D and Fish-bone analysis for warranty returns and led Harman Hardware and software technical discussions for warranty-related failures for projects including GM, FCA, Subaru, Harley, and John Deere. He developed Testing tools (including but not limited to communication protocol tools, driver interfaces for specific products, devices, and/or instruments, etc.) in LabVIEW/TestStand environment using VB, DotNet, or other interfaces as appropriate. He worked with hardware setups including oscilloscopes, Vector CAN tools & RF Signal generators to root cause issues related to HW and/or SW. Vivek holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Gujarat University. He has expertise in test, SDET, Python, C, Software Engineering, ML, Research Scientist, Mobile, Parts-of-speech, Jenkins, Integration, and Senior Software Engineering.
