Vivek Sharma is a Manager Workday Certified with over 13 years of experience in HCM and Learning implementation, AMS support, and training. He has worked with more than 40 Workday clients globally and has expertise in configuring Workday HCM sub-modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence. Vivek has also developed complex reports in Workday HCM and has experience with standard implementation activities, including system configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-implementation support. In addition to his Workday experience, Vivek has also worked with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) implementation projects, focusing on the most strategic and complex projects. He has partnered with the client's project team to ensure successful deployments of CSOD's various integration products, tools, and services. Vivek has managed a team of integration consultants and offshore resources on multiple projects simultaneously and mentored/coached the teams on successful project delivery and best practices. He has also focused on building internal capability, including creating internal collateral and training for team members to enable them to increase performance. Currently, Vivek is working as a Manager - Workday at Appirio, where he leads a fast-growing post-production enhancements cum support team for APAC. He supports 50+ customers across the US, Canada, and EMEA and provides full-fledged Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and Integrations 24*5 support to customers. Vivek manages a team of Workday-certified engineers and oversees all development efforts. He also monitors and optimizes employee productivity using Salesforce reports and develops and implements processes aimed at maximizing engineers' efficiency. Vivek's past experience includes working as a Senior Cloud Management Engineer - Workday and Sr. Consultant/Team Lead - CSOD at Appirio. He has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Rajasthan. Vivek's tech stack includes Integration, test, Salesforce, Data Warehouse, and Senior Software Engineer.
